Name Badge Policy

It is very important to wear your name badge during the conference. Admission to all functions, including sessions and the networking events, is by badge only. If you lose your badge, there is a US$50 charge to replace it. Please pay the replacement fee at the Registration Desk to obtain a replacement badge. Conference badges are not transferable and may not be shared.

The conference Registration Desk will be located in Godolphin Foyer 1-3. Upon check in, you will be asked to provide a valid government-issued form of identification. To ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly ask that you have your ID in hand and ready to present to the ACAMS staff member checking you in.

Attendees may access and download session handouts and speaker presentations (where available) on the conference materials web page with password: MENA2016

We encourage you to print or download to your laptop any presentations you would like to have with you during the conference. Printed handouts will not be provided during the conference. Updated conference materials will be available online within 2 weeks after the conference.


Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and receptions. Hotel meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate and tend to be on the cooler side. It’s a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.

Continuing Education Credits

CAMS-Seal

ACAMS members will automatically receive 10 CAMS credits for attending this event. Additional continuing education credits may also be available from outside organizations. Please contact your accrediting body directly for instructions on submitting an application. ACAMS is not responsible for securing non-CAMS credits on behalf of conference attendees.


Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to 8 September 2016, will receive a full refund minus a US$250 administration fee. Cancellations received 9 September – 7 October 2016, will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s conference. Cancellations received on or after 8 October 2016, will not be refunded.

Substitutions of registered attendees must be submitted in writing to info@acams.org by 6:00 PM (GST) on Wednesday, 9 November 2016. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If you neither attend the conference nor designate a substitute prior to the event, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. For more information regarding refund concerns and/or program cancellation policies, please contact us.

If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the conference, we do not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
