Fees and Payment Policy

The standard fees for attending the Conference are outlined in the pricing section. Included with registration are breakfast, lunch and refreshments and presentation materials (PDF format). Participants may submit payment upon registration or request to be invoiced.

Payment is due within 30 days of registration. If participants register within 30 days of the Conference, payment will be due immediately. Payment must be submitted before discount expiration date to be eligible for the discounted rates. If payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card guarantee will be required to attend the Conference.


Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and receptions. Hotel meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate and tend to be on the cooler side.


Dietary Requirements

If participants have special dietary requirements, please contact apac@acams.org specifying their needs by 7 July 2020. Our team will do their best to accommodate the dietary request, however, requests received after 7 July 2020 cannot be guaranteed.


Guest Policy

A fee of USD 125 will be assessed for those participants wishing to invite a guest to the networking reception. Should participants wish to bring along a guest, please contact apac@acams.org by 12:00pm on 5 August 2020 (Sydney Time). Payment must be submitted at the time of the request. Upon check-in at the Conference, please have guest present a valid government-issued form of identification at the registration desk to collect their name badge. Requests that are submitted after the eligible time-frame will not be considered.


Name Badge Policy

It is very important that participants wear their name badge during the Conference. Admission to all functions, including sessions and the networking events, is by badge only. A USD 50 replacement charge will incur if participants lose their badge. Please pay the charge at the registration desk to obtain a new badge. Conference badges are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Upgrade registration to enhance learning experience and participate at the Live CAMS and CGSS Exam Preparation Seminars on 9 August 2020 prior to the Conference.

*Only eligible to those who are attending the Conference and have purchased the CAMS and / or CGSS Certification Package but have not sat for the CAMS and / or CGSS Exam.

^Attendees will receive six Educational Credit Units towards the CAMS and CGSS Exam eligibility requirements.

#These Live Seminars will take place at concurrent format. Participants will only be able to join one of the Seminars.


Session Materials

Attendees will receive a link to online Conference materials on 3 August 2020. Please note that materials will only be available online. If attendees wish to have hard copies to reference during the sessions, we suggest they download and print the presentations prior to the Conference. Updated Conference materials will also be available via mobile application and will be shared after the Conference.


Certificate of Participation

Attendees will receive Certificate of Participation (PDF format) within two weeks via email after the Conference.


Educational Credit Units (ECUs)

ACAMS members will automatically receive 12 CAMS and CGSS ECUs for attending this Conference. ACAMS is not responsible for securing non-CAMS and CGSS ECUs on behalf of Conference attendees.


Photography/Videography

Registrations and attendance at, or participation at this Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACAMS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.


Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before 10 June 2020 will receive a full refund minus a USD 250 administration fee. Cancellations received between 10 June 2020 and 16 July 2020 will be issued a credit voucher to be used towards next year’s Conference. Cancellations received after 10 June 2020 will not be refunded.

Substitutions of registered attendees must be submitted in writing to apac@acams.org by 12:00pm on 6 August 2020 (Sydney Time). Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, attendees will be charged the difference. If attendees don’t attend the Conference nor designate a substitute prior to the event, they are still responsible for the full registration fee. Requests submitted after the eligible time-frame will not be considered.

If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the Conference, we do not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
