A block of rooms at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers has been reserved at a discounted rate for this event. The last day to reserve rooms at the group rate is October 9, or until the room block is sold out. Due to the high demand for rooms, we recommend that you book your room reservation as early as possible.

Fees and Payment Policy

The standard fee for attending the conference is outlined in the pricing section. This registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments, as well as presentation materials (available only in PDF electronic format). You may submit payment with your registration or request to be invoiced.

Payment is due within 30 days of registering. If registering within 30 days of the conference, payment is due immediately. If registering with an early bird discounted rate, or any special rates, payment must be submitted by the discount expiration date. If payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card guarantee will be required to attend the conference.


Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and receptions. Hotel meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate and tend to be on the cooler side. It is a good idea to bring a jacket or sweater.


Special Dietary Requirements

If you have special dietary restrictions (Kosher, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, etc.), please email info@acams.org at least 30 days prior to the conference. Our team will do their best to accommodate your dietary request; however, requests received within less than 30 days of the conference cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Policy

If you wish to invite a guest to the networking receptions, the cost is US$125 per reception. Please send your request to info@acams.org by 8:00 PM (GMT+4) on November 7, 2018. Payment must be submitted at the time of the request. Upon check-in at the conference, please have your guest present a valid government-issues form of identification at the Registration Desk to pick up their name badge. Requests that are submitted after the eligible time-frame will not be considered.


Name Badge Policy

It is very important to wear your name badge during the conference. Admission to all functions, including sessions and the networking events, is by badge only. If you lose your badge, there is a US$50 charge to replace it. Please pay the replacement fee at the Registration Desk to obtain a replacement badge. Conference badges are not transferable and may not be shared.


Session Materials

Attendees will receive a link to the online conference materials on November 5, 2018. Please note that materials will be available online only. If you would like hard copies to reference during the sessions, we suggest that you download and print the presentations prior to the conference. Updated conference materials will also be available online after the conference.


Certificate of Participation

Certificates will be emailed 3 weeks after the conference (in PDF electronic format).


Continuing Education Credits

CAMS

ACAMS members will automatically receive up to ten (10) CAMS credits for attending this event. Additional continuing education credits may also be available from outside organizations. Please contact your accrediting body directly for instructions on submitting an application. ACAMS is not responsible for securing non-CAMS credits on behalf of conference attendees.


Photography/Videography

Registrations and attendance at, or participation in this conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACAMS’ use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.


Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to September 16, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a US$250 administration fee. Cancellations received September 17, 2018 – October 14, 2018 will be issued a credit voucher to be used toward next year’s conference. Cancellations received on or after October 15, 2018 will not be refunded.

Substitutions of registered attendees must be submitted in writing to info@acams.org by 8:00 PM (GMT+4) on November 7, 2018. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If you neither attend the conference nor designate a substitute prior to the event, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. Requests submitted after the eligible time-frame will not be considered.

If for any reason ACAMS cancels or reschedules the conference, we do not accept responsibility for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
